potatoes forever :)

The weather is just perfect.We managed today to get the whole crop of potatoes in - 600kg all together (300kg of each variety).It is a bit late for the early ones ... but hopefully just ok. The weather...

farm yard manure

We had a few dry days and I am able again to drive onto the fields with heavy machinery.I used the good weather to spray our compost onto the fields.All farm yard manure is 100% organic (from own production...

I had yesterday the annual inspection from IOFGA.We went trough all the documents, receipts and walked around the whole holding. The inspector was happy with everything - so we'll be as well organic...

piglets

A few weeks ago our sau gave birth to 16 piglets - of which 11 survived the birth.All piglets are doing very well and started  by now to come out of the shed.The pigs are all raised for our own consumption...
