Next year's firewood

A friend down the road has just cleared lots of eucalyptus so I took
the opportunity to get in next year's firewood. It should burn pretty
well with a year's seasoning.

It's drying in the polytunnel - I plan to have the wood shed built for
next year so we'll free up more space for growing.

It's nice to see that polytunnels can be used as storage houses for firewood, bikes and tools without soemone jumping the ditch and cutting the polythene to loot the place........especially in recessionary times.

Yes - the benefit of living in the middle of nowhere! Although if I had a shed the polytunnel would be 100% crops.... so this summer's project is to build sheds / workshop. Watch this space!
