2nd Day work experience
Snow everywhere. Today was spent getting vegetables ready for the markets in Trim and Dublin. In the morning we cut, cleaned and packed corn salad. Dug up leeks and turnips, washed and sorted them, potatoes were also weighed, washed and put in bags. The farm shop was stocked and prepared for opening tomorrow afternoon. Another very interesting day.
